Working Test Training Day

 

on Saturday July 6th at Newton by Toft

when 2 panel judges will help and advise you.

Our Annual General Meeting is on Sunday February 3rd at 2.00pm at Hackthorn Village Hall, Hackthorn, near Lincoln.

There is also an Eye Testing Clinic on the day.

Burghley Country Fair Team Event

 Sue Lowe, Julie Campbell and Sarah Coomber-Smith represented Lincs Area URC at the Burghley Country Fair.  They had a great time and came sixth. Special congratualtions to Sue Lowe, whose dog, Parker, was joint 'Top Dog'.

We held our Annual General Meeting on Sunday February 4th at which our annual awards were made:

The Drayton Trophy (presented by the Late Mr Charlie Sutton) for the dog which has gained the most points in field trials

Abbotsleigh Fusilier owned and handled by Sarah Coomber-Smith

The Madford Challenge Cup (presented by the late Mr Robin Cracroft-Eley) for the dog which has gained the most points in informal matches and our own working tests:

Arkglass Taylor owned and handled by Andy Slingsby

 

The Unavale Trophy (presented by Mrs U. Spratt) for the Best Show Dog:

The Wemdom Trophy (presented by Mrs Emily Brockes) for the Best All Round Dog which includes success in shows, working tests and field trials:

The Torrington Rose Bowl (awarded at the discretion of the Committee for particular merit):

We were delighted to present this to Kevin Eveleigh who has helped at so many tests, being an expert thrower of dummies and cold game.
