Our last event of the year was the Open Working Test on Field Trial Lines at We4st Park, Damerham by the kind permission of Mrs Jenny Bouskell. This is a stunning piece of ground and we were very lucky to be allowed the run this event there. The deep valley and mixed vegatation made for some tricky retrieves and we saw some very good dog work. The finale was a Drive around a lovely pond.
The Judges were; Mr Nick Coates, Mr Dave England, Mrs Gillian Yates and Mrs Lindy Higham.
The Steward of the Beat was Mr Ken Green.
Many thanks to all our helpers who walked up and down the valley in very warm conditions and to Elsie who provided the catering.
