Any resolution for consideration at the Annual General Meeting must be sent in writing to the Hon. Secretary by 5th February 2024
Agenda & Balance sheet will be available, on request, by sending an SAE to the Hon. Secretary or the Hon. Treasurer respectively and will be made available to all those present at the meeting.
Paper copies of minutes for 2023 will not be available at the meeting. Please print them to bring with you.
