RETRIEVER WORKING TEST SCHEDULES 2023
(held under Kennel Club Limited Rules and Regulations ‘J’)
All our tests are kindly sponsored by Skinners Pet Foods
Please note that only members of URC, including those from other areas, are eligible to enter URC tests.
No in-season bitches to be brought onto the ground.
Handlers running two dogs must bring someone to hold their second dog.
Handlers must not ask club officials to hold a dog.
ENTRY DEFINITIONS
Puppy: Any dog or bitch under 18 months old on day of test.
Special Puppy: Any dog or bitch between18-24 months old on day of test.
Junior Handler: Handler 18 and under on the day of test.
Novice Dog, Novice Handler: Neither dog nor handler to have won:-
a) 1st in a Novice Dog, Novice Handler Working Test.
b) Any place in any other Working Test or Field Trial.
Novice: Any dog or bitch of any age not having won:
a) a place or COM at a Field Trial.
b) 1st 2nd or 3rd in an Open Working Test
c) 1st in a Novice Test
Open: Open to all.
Veteran: Over 8 years old on day of test.

Running order, directions and standing instructions will be emailed to all competitors a week before the test.
