Puppy, Special Puppy, Junior Handler & Novice Dog/Novice Handler Working Test held at Waterley Farm, Waterley Bottom, Dursley, Glos

Test 1: A marked retrieve, landing on clear ground in a wood followed by a blind in the same general area for all but Special Puppy where the blind was slightly further back in light cover. Judge Killy Pennell
Test 2: A blind at the base of a multi- trunked tree in an open area in a wood. Special Puppy had the distance to the blind increased. Judge Killy Pennell
Test 3: Walking to heel alongside the judge, stopping a marked retrieve in front. About turn, dog left sitting whilst handler returned to the start point. Recall the dog and send for the mark. The distance to the mark was increased for the Special Puppy group. Judge Vikki Pritchard
Test 4: Marked retrieve thrown so the dummy landed just over the brow of a hill. The distance was increased for Special Puppy. Judge Vikki Pritchard
Test 5: Two dog walk up with a marked retrieve off the RH end of the line. Dog on the right sent. Dogs then swopped places and the exercise was repeated. For Special Puppy the dog on the LH end of the line was sent for the retrieve and then the dogs swopped places and the exercise was repeated. Judges Killy Pennell and Vikki Pritchard
